Some generalizations based on my experience:

I saw Tiffany around 8:30 this morning in front of Busy Bee. There were 3 police cars that had a black car pulled over. Sunday afternoon, around 3pm, or was it 4pm? Damn, I can't remember. Had been cruising for so long, I lost track of time. I'm sure some of you mongers can relate. Stopped at the new Sonic, near the Flea Market and had a cherry flavored slushie to cool off. No A / C in my vehicle.

I noticed that CLS posted in the ripoff section about a girl named "Amber." First, sorry to hear about the situation you were in. She was ready jump in the car and go, but had to get back home so we said we'the hook up later and it came to fruition 2200 Sunday night – good recovery I think and I love that round ass. I'm still restless 0100 Monday morning, so before getting ready for Monday madness I head out looking for a lady who can beat my meat to death. The streets are quiet as a graveyard, except for LEOs, dealers and rats running across the streets, besides traffic from the game. I can tell some of them are looking too – I keep running into the same cars, but I score again; Tina's at the circle. We don't waste any time getting back up to my spot, and then I beat that butt to until she's ready to pass out. She says 'once you get it in there don't take it out'; which is fine by me. A couple of days ago I was out on w / w after dropping off Amber when I saw a white Chrysler 200 pass at milligan and wilkens. I did a double take because it looked like it was full of LEOs. I made a right turn and just happen to be directly behind them. As we headed toward the hospital, one of them threw an empty water bottle out of the window. I then thought that maybe they were just rent-a-cops. They turned into the shopping center across from the hospital and I went home. Today, I was on S carey and I saw the same white car. This time, I got a good look at them as they illegally parked in front of the Subway by Wells Fargo. Definitely LEOs, however this time there were just two in there. As I was cruising around, I also saw them cruising. So to make a long story short (too late) , watch out for a white Chrysler 200 fellas. I also saw absolutely nobody out except for the Decepitcon (the same one whose pic is posted on this forum) on Washington and random kids walking in the middle of the street. I was a very active monger for many years but life circumstances generally keeps me away from hot areas. At least alone, an with time and cash. So, imagine my delight at being close enough to Dundalk Friday evening with both a little time and tuiton.

Cruised the w / w loop (because it was the closest one) around midnight-3am spotted quite a few SWs white and black but nothing worth picking up. I was wondering if you guys could help me out? Me and a few of my Mongering brothers are having a discussion about stings and LE decoys. The question is; will a decoy LEO get in your car? Now don't confuse this with opening your door and talking to you, but flat out getting in your car, closing the door and letting drive off; even for a short distance.The most important thing to remember is to do recon of the area before you decide to pick up a SW. 1) There is no substitute for recon. A police van in the neighborhood is a bad sign. Often it is in place to hold girls so they can't snitch out the operation, but vans can signal monger arrests, too.
2) Be wary of new girls on the stroll. Better to let a cutie get away than to get snared. There will always be others to scoop.
3) Be wary of girls that stand in the same place. They may be strategically placed.
4) Let the girl open the door! They know how this works. But keep the door locked until you want them to enter.
5) Do not go to a pick-up spot that they direct you to. You might be surprised to discover who is waiting for you. Direct them to YOUR safe spot.
6) Don't spend much time talking through a window. I ask for directions I don't really need and follow my instincts from there. Drive off immediately if anything looks fishy.
7) There are some stores and gas stations that you can frequent where you will encounter the regulars and can approach them. Royal Farms and 7/11 on Patapsco, any convenience market on Wilkins, BP station on Conkling, and Sunoco and especially Citgo stations on Dundalk are some examples.
8) Remember too that the Block is not just for strip clubs. Some nights there are SWers up and down Baltimore Ave and at Midway bar.
9) As discussed here often, the cop-check ritual might comfort your girl, but it is useless in protecting you. Don't count on it!
10) Finally, remember that cops will lie.

Decided to make a run thru the w / w loop at about 4 pm today. I noticed heavy UC / LE presence at a house on Fulton near Lombard. I looped ASHLEY's stroll twice looking for her this morning, at 8:30 am, but she must have been sleeping. A follow-up to my previous Brandy post. Over 10 years ago I was a regular visitor to the P / P area. Overall the area didn't seem to have as much promise.

I tried to repeat the action of last weekend on Friday and Saturday but I had no luck at all. On Friday I hit up the CB loop first and found nothing.
