I can confirm what HawaiiJoe says.
She is definitely Japanese, not a Korean who has just lived a while in Japan.
There is a distinctive difference between the accented English of Japanese and Koreans. Her speech pattern and other things that are difficult to describe, unless you work alot with people from Japan are dead giveaways, if you know what to look and listen for. I think Neida gives the best massage. Really works out the kinks and knots, but she is strictly legit.

My astonishment was not about the use of ice, but rather that the woman had the ice pipe inside the massage room. The best legitimate massage in the USA would IMHO have to be Chinese, especially if value for money is considered. New York City Chinatown has lots of good Qi Gong Tuina massage parlors starting at $40 an hour that are certainly in competition for the best. But on a Hawaiian vacation recently I found a place in Honolulu's Chinatown at $50 an hour that IMHO is the best legitimate massage parlor in the USA. It might not be for those who dislike a hard massage though.
Unlike New York City's Chinatown where signs for massage, back rub, or Qi Gong Tuina jump out at you everywhere you go; in Honolulu's Chinatown you have to hunt for them. I saw a barber shop advertising inexpensive massage although unfortunately I did not have time this trip to check it out. As we know, of all the people in this society doing things which are (to one degree or another) illegal, the AMPs present one of the easiest targets. Most people know what goes on there. They are a stationary target, you don't have to go looking for AMP workers. That's a good point, but it seems odd that there haven't been any reports (at least that I've seen) in the newspapers or on television about these most recent AMP raids.
