Do you have any evidence to support this? LE generally isn't interested in specific providers. Prostitution is a petty misdemeanor. It's the owners/mamasans they're interested in. Profiting from the prostitution of another is a felony. That's where their priorities lie.
I've never seen nor heard of any evidence that specific providers at a given establishment are being singled out by LE. They conduct stings and raids on an ongoing basis. They hit every establishment sooner or later. Providers get caught when they make a mistake and say or do the wrong thing with an undercover officer. Any provider, new or experienced, can get careless and slip up. In fact, often it's the experienced providers who get caught, because experience leads to complacency, and complacency leads to carelessness.
As I've said before, nothing posted on this, or similar sites can be used as evidence for either a search warrant or a prosecution. It would be considered the worst kind of hearsay. To introduce a particular post they would have to identify the poster, subpoena him, and put him on the stand. While that's possible, it's difficult, time-consuming, and expensive in man-hours and paperwork. It simply can't be justified for a petty misdemeanor.
Brothers, this paranoia is getting out of hand and it needs to stop. Everyone take a deep breath or two and calm down. I swear some of you think that half the posters here are LE and the other half are Showboatt! bottom line = read previous posts. Don't ask questions when the answers are right in front of you.I do agree with you that new members should read up on older posts so they have a better understanding. I personally view that new members not reading and posting questions is more of an problem with America culture because every forums are plagued with people asking the same questions over and over again. The normal response to it is either search or look at the faq. It all depends on what officers find, and what they're looking for. For prostitution arrests, it's usually only the girl who offered the services to an undercover LEO.
