Please correct me if I am wrong but I thought typical etiquette was .5 to MS then tip .5 HE, .8-$ BJ (sometimes more if BB), $.5 FS (sometimes more if BBFS). Those two dogs that they have inside are pertty damn noisy when you come up the back stairs and the door bell starts chimming, IMO they shouldn't have dogs in an AMP!
