Maybe the dude had to check on an ailing parent, and wasn't used to dealing with that particular situation. Over my years on the streets, I saw all kinds of women. Each was a tragic story. Why would a Morgan graduate with a good job start using heroin recreationally, she thought, only to end up shooting after snorting? Why would a Jamaican-born former school teacher end up in this business?
I am not a psychoanalyst. But physical abuse at some defining stage of life seemed to be a common factor. So any monger who wants to add to their trauma earns nothing but my scorn. We maybe brothers in this game, but we won't be friends.
A somewhat funny poster on the Thailand board years ago coined the 3F principle -- find them, fuck them and forget them. He also talked about his girls being nothing but his sperm deposits. He preached this ironclad rule that you should just fuck your find and dump her. No repeats.

I used to work for a company that was based off of Joh Ave. There was one guy that would come back from his lunch break and tell me about his mongering on the W/W loop.He only mentioned Washington at the time. So I grabbed all my stuff and bailed. we never did anything, and I did leave her a little extra for her time. I got in the car and went home. I was very worried that she was going to somehow charge a bunch of movies onto the room, and me get charged for it, but she never did. I will give her credit for that. Unfortunately I did not get a pic, otherwise I would post it.

Been looking at this forum for quite soom time and this is my first post. I am a veteran of the loop of more than 20 years and have gravitated away by arrangements with a couple "regulars". Much safer and convenient. One regular has passed away and yesterday my other option was unavailable, so I decided to give the loop a try around 4:00 to 5:00PM. Sure has changed. Can newbies access the archives back to 2003? If so, there is a treasure trove on how to monger and how to avoid Uncle LEO. Some things DO change though with respect to methodology. These days I like to approach the Ramsay circle from the south via the eastern or western side streets. I find this to be more inconspicuous that traversing Wilkens and in addition affords one an opportunity to observe the comings and goings of the ladies who ply their vocation there while at the same time avoiding the full glare of LEO's scrutiny that is Wilkens today. Earlier this year I picked up someone in Brooklyn, and parked around the corner from her home. Later, I came out of her home to walk back to my car. As I approached the corner I happened to glance across the street and in a store's picture window could see the the reflection of 2 official vehicles parked around the corner, with 4 official city employees, sitting quietly, watching my car.
I watched the reflection in disbelief (and terror) for a long time, and finally concluded they had apparently seen me pick her up, followed up to her home, and now were waiting for me to return. I guessed that if I returned to my car in short enough time, they'd have sufficient "probable cause" since she was undoubtedly known to them.
So I turned around a walked the other way to think up a plausible story if questioned. I wandered around making notes of houses for sale (their address and description, and picked up flyers if they had any) so I could support the story I developed. Then every 30 minutes or so I'd check the corner from 2 blocks away.
After nearly TWO FREAKING HOURS (Your tax dollars at work!!!!!!!!! ) they suddenly all drove away, so I got the hell out of Dodge and haven't been back since, taking care of my needs in far safer ways.
Were you tweakin? Maybe they lingered for some time after a call. I've never heard of multiple officers stalk someone they thought may have picked up a women who was an alleged hooker at one point in time. That's almost authoritarianism. They have much greater complex issues to address. I have heard of them lying in wait after someone purchased drugs because the Brooklyn drug scene does not operate the same way west port/east side/ west operates. It's mostly on the inside track. They get their asses hauled away quickly outside. If she was staying at a drop/drug house, I could understand why they would wait for you. It takes months to bust a house. They need intel to back up claims, and they get that by searching people coming out of these houses. That's another good reason not to go to her house/apartment.

I just wanted to say thanks to the Balto people, I got 7 replies but didn't get to see any of them before I returned. I doubt I would've gotten that kind of response up here. Thank you for your advice. I also noticed that she look kind of a little too pretty. Not for a civilian but for a SW she is definitely a 8 or 9 and that also making me nervous. Another sign is her white short which is a little too short for the average SW. She also has a tattoo under her left arm.

It is amazing. I recall my early newbie days, the rule was never talk to a girl thru the open window. What ... I was over on Wash blvd. There were two nice lookin ladies hangin out by the Aldi. So I pulled into the Aldi parking lot.
Hmmm, and pulled into a parking place. A pick up truck pulled in right behind me. Poor sucker never had a chance. The girl was going to walk over to my car, but the walked over to the pick up truck window and started talkin to the boy. LOL. So help me, I thought the cops came out of every direction. Circled the poor boy and dragged him off to the jail. I walked into the Aldi. The girls were watching me too. And sure enough when I came out, some other poor fool was gettin carried off.

I disagree that it is wrong to talk to a SW through a window. HOwever it is imperative NOT TO TALK BUSINESS through the window. A short and sweet "shout out" through the window asking say "do you need a ride" or "do you need some help" or "do you know where ______ is" are absolutely benign (legally and otherwise). The stopping of the vehicle and engaging briefly the potential SW sends a signal to any experienced SW that you are interested.
Seasoned mongers should always be deliberate - haste will often get one in trouble. If one sees a SW that may be too hot to be true, she may be LE. However, we have all had those gems from time to time turn out to be working after all.
Once spotted, take the time to circle a couple of times to get the lay of the land - is the girl or girls staying within the same general location (not moving far from a corner and or well populated location)? Are there any vehicles in the local vicinity that are occupied and "smell of bacon""? Perhaps move on.
However, lets say your willie is too intrigued, continue to be deliberate and park yourself where you can watch for a minute or two. Is the girl engaging potential mongers through the window and declining to get in? Is the apparent conversation fairly long? Is this pattern repeated? MOVE ON. (She is likely LE trying to extract key legal words from the monger recorded that can be used in court (like a sexual acts, money, etc.)). Police want airtight cases to go to the judge and get convictions. If the girl never gets in a car as you watch then she will not likely get in yours. If a car leaves without her and police POUNCE on that car within a block or two you know for sure dont you.
All in all, it is OK to engage a potential SW with benign statements through the window just dont be stupid in what you say (regardless of potentially being LE or not). Be short and brief. If she wants to engage in what could be extended conversation beyond a response to your inquiry or talk "business" through the window FORGET IT. SHe may or may not be LE but it is not worth it at this point.
Be smart. Dont think with your little head. Refrain business talk until she is in the car AND you have driven a distance or out of the immediate jurisdiction.
This is a good strategy a deliberate smart way to engage potential SW.
Please note that some of my best "picks" have been those engaged with out of the car. For example, you see a clean civilian type, that you have never seen before, sitting on the rowhouse steps who apparently is looking, perhaps unsure how to give the "look" and not coming to the curb during one of your passes as you "get the lay of the land". YOur instincts tell you maybe she is wanting to work but new to the business and unsure what to do. Make sure she sees your face as you drive by. I have gotten some fresh apparent first timers who need money for whatever reason this way e.g. the diamond in the rough.

look, we all understand its generally what we say. you don't talk sex, you don't touch or talk money. these are dangerous subjects, until your as sure as possible. With all due respect to Old Monger, I don't think he gets out much. He's a good guy, but there's not a nine in Baltimore City let alone the north side of W/W. I saw those gals on Thursday and Friday. I don't know their story, but one got scooped by a monger who was driving next to me. Anyway, they were two brunettes. One was wearing jeans and the other jean shorts. I'd say they were 8 on street walker scale and 5-6 on civi scale. They might have been blockettes. I don't know. The reason they stuck out to me was the cleaner clothes they were wearing. Usually working gals in that direct area (Payson,Pulaski,Eagle) are trashed. Most look like they have been wearing the same clothes for weeks. These gals looked like the average run of the mill broad with a kicker. In my experience, blockettes that hit the loop on that side of town tend to stay around that first block near Monroe or around the circle. Maybe the bus stops provide a safety net. Maybe the pimps have not claimed that block. Years ago a couple gals told me the same thing my new friend told me this past week. They will not go near McHenry! She did not even want to drive down McHenry. Maybe there is a rapist or a couple nasty pimps that live on McHenry. I don't blame them. Anything north of Ramsay and Wilkens is complete shit. Too many random shootings. It's no secret they hate the area, but a habit or two keeps them around from time to time. Some gals have even gone as far as to tell me to stay the fuck off Wilkens, and they don't want to see me around here. "The place is no fucking good!" in her words. I don't disagree with them.
-As always, take precautions new guys. Just because they were not 5.0 yesterday, does not mean they won't be tomorrow. New day new dollar. Even if you've dated a gal four or five times, you should still take precautions when they are with you.

Years ago I was trying to scoop this broad off Patapsco. She was a fine looking blond with a stellar body who crossed the bridge to work. Her sister also worked, but was not near the looker. I knew she was not 5.0 because I knew her from area. I approached her. She was standing with two other females. I had my passenger window down and door unlocked because I knew she was getting in, after all she was fine. -In todays climate in Baltimore, I would never talk through the drivers window, regardless. It just wastes too much time. That's time someone could pull up behind you or see the scoop. Opinions vary though.

Strange incident today at Wilkens and Bentalu, I saw 2 "prostitute looking" chicks crossing wilkens, so I entered Bentalu and made a u-trun. By that time, one of the two was crossing Bentalu in front of me. I gave her the look and she goes: is there freaking problem! at that instant, an LE comes from around the corner and sees what is going on. He asked me to remain in my vehicle, while talking to her. Another LE vehicle shows up, and they are checking IDs, registration and all. The officer stated that I was following her and trying to get her into my vehicle, which I denied. I stated that she was crossing the street away from the intersection, expecting me to wait for her while crossing diagonally and slowly (which she was doing), and that pissed me off.

I posted this experience perhaps 15 years ago (when I remembered my pw to my original handle of simply clix). I frequented AMPS but as you all know it was a little pricey, Rainbow as my personal favorite outside of Arikato in Waldorf (god I miss that place and Sunny & Penny). I was tight on cash and elected to cruise the Whiskey Bottom / 198 area first. Saw this "new girl" standing next to the Starting Gate Liquor Store who was pretty nice. Second pass, still there. Rolled down passenger side door and asked her if she needed a ride. She leaned in the window (I later understood that is was so microphone could record) and asked what are you up to in a manner as to "direct the conversation". A little back and forth ensued as I resisted the subtle directions the tenor of conversation she was taking (like say something like, have some fun, or sex act or money). I was tight on cash, little head was saying to the big head, tell her what you want but I resisted PRECISELY CAUSE I READ THIS FORUM and never talked business through the window. I simply asked again do you need a ride? She said, cant you see I am working? I said I know. She stepped back from the car as if to say I am not interested in you and I drove off. Circled, she was still in the exact area on the wall on Whisky bottom wall of the store. I went to the 7-11 accross the street and watched her (she was hot, I was horny, and I was short of cash for and AMP) thought she might be LE but was not sure (little head wanted her not to be). Went into 7-11 got a beverage. Came out and watched again. A pickup truck with 2 or 3 hispanic guys pulled up and started talkign shit with her. YOu could watch the guys getting pumped up talking with her and she stepped back from the truck....within 30 seconds 4 LE cars were on the pickup truck. They came out of nowhere (or so it seemed) but were actually within a block or two from her in all directions.
I dodged a bullet simply by being deliberate and using what I had learned at that time from posters on this board (which, if memory serves, was still part of the WSG).
Each monger must be comfortable with how they engage. If you dont want to talk through a window, dont. If you do or dont, you absolutely MUST BE SMART in discussions with any sw type pick up.
Dont let yourself be entrapped by the police; they are pros at it. Certainly they can always find a reason to detain or arrest you but generally (almost universally) they dont want to fuck with you simply to fuck with you unless they have a case that sticks. Cases that stick give them merits, greater conviction to arrest ratios and in turn increase thier $ potential etc.
Just be smart in Laurel or Baltimore. Think, think think.

Strange incident today at Wilkens and Bentalu, I saw 2 "prostitute looking" chicks crossing wilkens, so I entered Bentalu and made a u-trun. By that time, one of the two was crossing Bentalu in front of me. I gave her the look and she goes: is there freaking problem! at that instant, an LE comes from around the corner and sees what is going on. He asked me to remain in my vehicle, while talking to her. Another LE vehicle shows up, and they are checking IDs, registration and all. The officer stated that I was following her and trying to get her into my vehicle, which I denied. I was once tripped up by listening to a stupid ***** who said go straight....I did - right into the beginning of a one way street with a cop coming up the from the other (right) direction. This happened perhaps 3-5 years ago.
He detained us, he knew the girl, for about 45 minutes. He had us "red handed" so to speak. He talked with her, and me, separately. He knew damn well what was going on and made it clear he was "pissed". I knew he had nothing on me but, like butt ugly said, they do anything they want (and or just present that to you for intimidation) however I believe that they do not want to waste their time on an "non-conviction case" , but they could at least make the immediate future uncomfortable. He said I know you are trying to buy some pussy, and gave me a lecture about disease, drugs, pimps, killings, robbery etc all associated with SW prostitues (which was mostly true from a LE perspective). I acted contrite without discrete agreement. I sensed that if I did not give him some satisfaction he would be pissed and perhaps fuck with me further. So I acknowledged his statements, in a limited way, and how right he was (just saying I know I know) but stated that I was simply driving around because I was in a lousy marriage (half truth, I was already divorced) and saw this girl and some company would be nice (no acknowledgement of illegal activity). He then lectured me again on what i could take home to the "wife" from illegal activities....blah blah blah.
He let both of us go, though I got a ticket, because neither one of us had talked money or sex acts or the like before he stopped us and that was true.
Certainly he could have trumped something up and taken it to court but it would waste his and more importantly the judge's time.
They dont want to fuck with you unless you are disrespectful or have you with evidence that will stand up in court.
One piece of advice, if you are stopped by LE while driving, make sure you park your vehicle right, to avoid having it towed away. This could make a difference between gtting your wheels back almost immediately, to having to pay for towing and getting into a real mess. The one time I had to go through the "walk thru," all I had to do is pay about $20 for a cab back to my vehicle.
Another piece of advice, if an officer tells you that he will let you go if you admit ... he will actually let you go that night, but will have to appear at a later date.

In one occasion, I told the seargent that I was trying to get to I-95, he politely gave me directions, and I politely left the area. We both understood each other well.

It depends on the State, I know it vaeries from state to state. I remember when there was the little girl missing in Florida that people complain there were to many people on list there and it made it much harder to find perp. But it is a very good question.

As far as SW's go: In Maryland the victim would have to be someone who hasn't reached their 18th birthday at the time of the offense to put a monger on the sex offender registry.

I tried to find reference in the Maryland regulations to Loitering to Solicity Prostitution but all I found was some reference in LexisNexis to Loitering to Sell Drugs in Drug Free Zones.
Other states enacted codes to the effect:
DC Official Code § 22-2731. Definitions; designation of a prostitution free zone; penalty
(d) (1) It shall be unlawful for a person to congregate in a group of 2 or more persons on public space or public property within the perimeter of a prostitution free zone established pursuant to subsection (b) of this section and thereafter to fail to disperse after being instructed to disperse by a uniformed officer of the MPD, or a non-uniformed officer of the MPD upon display of MPD identification, who reasonably believes the person is congregating for the purpose of engaging in prostitution or prostitution-related offenses.
(2) In making a determination that a person is congregating in a prostitution free zone for the purpose of engaging in prostitution or prostitution-related offenses, the totality of the circumstances involved shall be considered. Among the circumstances which may be considered in determining whether such purpose is manifested are:
(A) The conduct of a person being observed, including that such person is behaving in a manner raising a reasonable belief that the person is engaging or is about to engage in prostitution or prostitution-related offenses, such as:
(i) Repeatedly beckoning to, stopping, attempting to stop, or attempting to engage passers-by in conversation for the purpose of prostitution;
(ii) Stopping or attempting to stop motor vehicles for the purpose of prostitution; or
(iii) Repeatedly interfering with the free passage of other persons for the purpose of prostitution;
(B) Information from a reliable source indicating that a person being observed routinely engages in or is currently engaging in prostitution or prostitution-related offenses within the prostitution free zone;
(C) Physical identification by an officer of the person as a member of a gang or association which engages in prostitution or prostitution-related offenses;
(D) Knowledge by an officer that the person is a known participant in prostitution or prostitution-related offenses; and
(E) Knowledge by an officer that any vehicle involved in the observed circumstances is registered to a known participant in prostitution or prostitution-related offenses, or a person for whom there is an outstanding arrest warrant for a crime involving prostitution or prostitution-related offenses.
Earlier posts about alibi were an indirect discussion of the above. While such regulations may deter many mongers, they are the hardest to enforce, and even harder to convict. Notice language regarding "warning" and "order to disperse."
These regulations are mostly enforced in Prositution Free Zones (PFZ), and that requires postings and a whole legal tar pit, however, keep in mind the camera situation in Pigtown and other areas which are known for prostitution.

There were several worthy scoops available yesterday at about 6:00 PM in B/CB.
The best looking was at Pontiac and 3rd, a cute BSW with a long wig, nice clothes, and good body. I couldn't tell for sure, but this might have been Chrisma, though I had never before seen her in a long wig. I had one difficult SW refuse and tell me I had to pay 20 or she would not get out, I mean who the fuck is running the show here. I put the truck in park, turned off the ignition, pocketed the key and told her this was her last chance to get out on her own. She told me to do some sexual things that were physically impossible. Then I grabbed her left wrist with my right hand, twisted it up behind her back, pushing her against the dash, grabbed her right arm that she was swinging at me with my left hand, across her front and pulled her ass out of the truck Benchseats do Rock. Then threw her on the street, after I got her out she said she would take the $5 to leave me alone WTF. As I left, driving up Wilkens with her screaming at me, I noticed her purse on the floor, out it went at the next light.
In the event the SW calls 911 or police arrive due to the disturbance, just explain you were stopped and the female jumped in and tried to take your cell phone ect. I guess if you think you can’t get someone out of the vehicle, don’t let them in. If you decide to put out a difficult SW, don’t talk or argue, just do it use the element of surprise.
SW’s are a tough breed they survive in neighborhoods we don’t want to walk through. Mongering with this, drugged up, emotionally explosive group of individuals is not for the faint of heart, there is risk. The risk is part of the game and anyone that does not think the Monger/SW relationship is not a game of strategy, stealth and cunning is sadly mistaken.

If LE sees you THROW her out of your car/to the ground, they've witnessed an assault. Her refusing to leave is a defense to that assault, but it doesnt mean the assault didn't happen. Even if you claim she started assaulting you first as you refused to be extorted, it's still just another defense to the assault you committed. Same with her threatening to fuck up your car interior. Alot depends on the mood of the cop who rolls by. Even if they believe your story, they might just decide to let the judge sort it out. Better to drag her out, walk her a few feet away, (don't throw her to the ground), point at her and yell at her as if you're lecturing her to stay away as you return to your car, then leave. Thats still technically assault, but it's much less likely to get you arrested.

I personally have never had to do this, but Trashman always suggested getting rid of a troublemaker by stopping at a convenience store, and asking them to run in and buy something (condom, cigarettes, a coke it does not matter.) Give them the cash. When they are inside, just leave. Obviously it won't work if they already know you want them out. I usually have had them get out no problem, although one just left my car door open in the middle of the street because she was pissed. I just gunned it and it snapped closed :)

Much safer and convenient. One regular has passed away and yesterday my other option was unavailable, so I decided to give the loop a try around 4:00 to 5:00PM. Sure has changed. Maybe it was the time of day but it sure is slim pickins out there. Although I do remember it being slow out there at times years ago.
After looping around a bit I picked up a large boned strawberry blond at the circle that was fairly attractive from 25 feet out. Gave the nod and met around the corner. I had a situation about a year ago where I just gave her 3 options 1) get out of the car NOW like nothing ever happened. 2) We can drive down to Central Booking and straighten things out there. 3) I'll drive out to the middle of nowhere and you'll have to find your own way home. She took option one Thank God. I would probably never give them option 2) but I don't think anyone would. If 3) is necessary maybe we should prepare our vehicles for this before going out. You can easily make the back seat of your car like a cop car.
1) Have the SW in the back seat in case she might get out of wack.
2) Get a Pet barrier to separate you from her while she's in the back.
3) Make sure the child locks are on as well as the lock for the power windows.
I've never needed anything like this but it's something that made me think. How can you control out of wack girls? As long as you are behind the wheel you have the control and if you guys decide to do option 3 as soon as you get outside of the beltway they'll be begging you to take them back or at least have you drop them off by bus stop or the MARC station. This report is a little old week or two just have been to busy to post it but have some now so figured I would throw it on. I was on Harford Rd. looking to see who was out to play thought I had struck out when I ran into Jen standing at the bus stop on the corner where CVS is. OK gents, please help me out here. I haven't been to Balto on a regular basis since 2003 so my memory is a little fuzzy. Man found stabbed in his car on vacant lot, possible robbery. Man found in woods stabbed multiple times. When we hear the stories, we know what's up. Old age has hardened my edges and opened my eyes. Just when I think I heard it all, I read a story like this. Be advised, it is not for the faint of heart, but neither is the hobby. After reading this story, I've decided to rotate out my favorite east side loop sandwich for the next few months.

I make my way to Patapsco & turn on 4th & than on Pontiac, I like to check out some of the side streets, from other posts on here, some gems can be found & I LUCKED OUT. Since I got into this hobby i've stuck to B/CB, BP and some AMP's & I've been pretty successful with my share of good times. But lately i've been coming home empty handed. Some no shows from BP as well as having one of my ATF SW disappear on me (Brandi from CB) has left me disappointed. Most recently I ran into Chrissy from Wilkins. She managed to snatch a $ as well as draw alot of attention to me by screaming out of my window at someone. Judging from the forums I think some of you know of her. Maybe I should feel lucky that I haven't had any run in's from LE or worse. I suppose slumps are to be expected. If I could get one good BBBJ from a decent chick once a week I would be a happy man. Excuse me for rambling & bitching but I just got back from a very unsuccessful loop. On the other hand I did manage to meet Heidi on Pontiac earlier this week who gave me a well needed pipe cleaning.
