Went up to Baltimore Friday night for a get together in the Fell's Point area. Finally got the chance to meet with the infamous Kiara tonight. I kept in mind of all the drama from last year and the trouble she caused some of you mongers. I personally think you will have the best luck sticking to the loops in Brooklyn / Curtis Bay. Wow, after literally gong thru 1/2 tank if gas last night I finally found a sweet little gem in Dundalk. Started out in C / PP area. Not a soul out. Called my local free clinic in the PG county area for a regular check up and got a no so pleasant surprise. Even the sequester will take some time to start affecting local issues. Many local clinics get most of their support from the municipality that operates them and it will be a few months before Federal contributions dry up or run out.
All that said, if the wait is indeed what was stated you could always see a private physician and there are some who even take cash. If you are a self-pay and don't go through insurance many docs will even write up your condition as a non specific type of infection so as not to shame you or have an STD on your health records. I'd say, start out by hanging down by the circle (Wilkens Ave. And Mount St.) Pretty close to downtown and easily accessible by bus, taxi, or walking. Whichever is your preferred method of travel. When you see a desirable hooker proposition her for a date and suggest you go to Darnell's. Or, if you know any hookers really well and are really friendly with them and know where they live, you might be able to do a date where she lives. That's what I did yesterday. I was staying at a downtown hotel last week (no car) and decided to take a walk and see what was out at around 9 pm on thurs. I recently finished my bi-yearly mongerig trip and went to Baltimore to have a wonderful experience!

Made a trip to the loops early yesterday morning. W / W was dead nothing was out on the whole loop not even a nasty old skank. I made my way over to the B / CB loop and on my first pass I saw a young thing that didn't look too bad in the dark so I looped back around and asked her if she needed a ride. She is a WSW looked mid 20's or so with small breasts and big nipples. We played are you a cop and got on our way. Standard fee for the head game. Not bad but a little too much teeth at times. I recently finished my bi-yearly mongerig trip and went to Baltimore to have a wonderful experience!
Arrived in town at about 2 PM and did the PP loop. Spotted one WSW but no luck so I went up to the WW loop. Here I spotted a 30 something WSW sitting on a stoop. By the time I circled again for the p / you she was leaning in the window of a red car talkin to another monger. He was smart enough to drive off as did I.

They don' t goto side streets (to dangerrous for them) and then are rotated out every so often. After all it is noticed if a girl doesn't act normal so the new girl steps in to make people think that the other girl was just odd or tweeking or something.

I have always been generous with sharing numbers with qualified seniors, but I think that's over. I shared Jackii's with several people who I thought would be responsible with it, but I was apparently wrong. She called me yesterday to tell me about an experience she had. One of those "seniors" texted her several times around 3 AM the other morning, waking her up. She finally gave up and answered and agreed to meet him. They agreed on a cost and what was going to happen. When they got to Tim's he decided to only pay half up front, and wanted more than what they agreed on before he would give her they other half afterward.
I agree that with a girl you don't know that you find on the street that you never pay the whole amount up front. But this girl is known to many, has been recommended by many and is certainly not known as a rip-off girl. She is known as an easy-going girl who is a very good provider. In a case like this it's not necessary to withhold payment. Plus, when you agree on what she will provide you definitely shouldn't withhold payment and at the same time decide you want more than the two of you agreed but still for the same price.
