Been coming to Laughlin for over seven years.
I had given up on finding anything in Laughlin/Bullhead until recently I ran across a new massage place.

Decided to take a road trip to a few roads less traveled this week.

Nothing is doing here. It is a town for old people. Nothing in the casinos, nothing in the bars, no internet escorts that are easy to find with a simple search.

I stayed in Laughlin a couple nights just before Christmas and there were zero activities for hobbyists. Even for civilian action, the most promising place was the Loser's Lounge at the Riverside which was mostly patronized by locals. The second most happening bar was Tarzans at the Golden Nugget and that had one person sitting at the bar each night. Even the water taxis were not operating.

Granted, I did not stay on a Friday or Saturday night. I figured I would give it a shot since Laughlin is dirt cheap. I have stayed in Laughlin in the past and do not remember it being that dead, however, my previous stays were on the weekends during the Summer and New Years Eve. I would consider going to Laughlin again, but with realistic expectations about the type of fun to be had (small chance at civilian fun only). In the future, I will probably only go on the weekends during the summer or maybe New Years again. I am always a sucker for cheap vacations.

Well I can answer my own question. Just got back from Wendover, it was speedweek at Bonneville, town was full all week and didn't spot a single possiability.

Probably ran me $200. Last time was 2003 and a friend paid $300 for me.
