Reason for asking-few days ago a client told me this wild ass story he was involved with in August (roughly). One of those stories that sounds so bizarre and fanciful that you call bs on but it kinda gets stuck in your head and you start rationalizing whether it could actually be real or not.
It's a somewhat hobby related as in theory involved a working girl I never heard of. Of course I do not know her real name or anything so no way to just run a simple report on them. Only solution I can figure out to answer my question would be finding a list of names and charges on a specific day and seeing if an actual arrest was made that day..Try Arrests. Org.

At least in my mind, "haggling" is not what I am doing. To me, I am simply making an offer. I do not low-ball the girls, I do not raise my offer, I simply make an offer. If it is accepted, great.
To be bluntly honest, initially I get laughed at or insulted about 50 percent of the time-initially. It's cool. My psyche is not one that gives much credence or weight to working girls trying to pry more money out of me.
Pretty much every time (with a few exceptions of course), I get a text within a day or two telling me my offer is Ok and asking when I can meet-for them preferably ASAP.
Once the deal is done, if it's worth repeating-that price is locked in with the provider for a while. Honestly, I haven't noticed any major differences in performance. Those who have done well are generally the ones who get good reviews from the rest of the board. Those who have half assed it are generally those who get poor reviews from other members also.
