So based on the governors executive order, it seems that spas are required to close for a period of time. I guess you could argue its medicinal (lol). I suspect many will stay open and disregard it. Since no one else is really around, all activity in and out will be highlighted. I went somewhere over the weekend but I think that will be my last time for a while. The governor said she would fine certain businesses that remained open. Maybe that was just bars. If plazas are shut down but people are going in and out of massage parlors. I imagine they would come out make a report of a business being open in violation of the EO. It would then be sent to the appropriate agency. I'm sure they would close the place but unlikely to make arrests just because of manpower issues, unless you are an ass and argue the point. Bars would be turned in to LCC and restaurant violations would get sent to the health department. They may face a stiff fine or loss of liquor license for a time. Few places, all of which are already well known.
1. The Shiatsus are currently the best ones and have been for a while since Sophias Spa disappeared.

3. VD Spa is still really nice and can be a close second but somethings missing.
