(My opinion only) Half hour visits are the icebreaker for me. Not quick visits. I prefer full hour visits with well reviewed established providers. And I sometimes go for longer visits based on the provider and the chemistry. But, there are those occasions when I might have an interest in meeting a provider who has not yet been reviewed or commented on on any of the review sites. In such cases when I find a provider who piques my curiosity, I might inquire about a half hour visit to "test the waters", so to speak.

Requesting the half-hour visit will also depend on a few qualifiers as well:

- how the provider responds if I forward a text or email.

And even though I don't really care to make quick visits, I've made some rare downgrades to a QV once I was inside the room and the looks, chemistry, attitude, appearance, etc. Were not what I was expecting.

So, back to answering your question: Does a half hour visit seem like a waste of money? It all depends on the provider. And the lack of quality time spent with her. It could be QV, half-hour, full hour or longer. If the provider is a rush job or if the quality of her "menu" is lacking, it does not matter how much time you pay for. Rushed service is rushed service in any increments paid.
